Tom Luna is the Superintendent of Public Education for the state of Idaho. Although Tom Luna was informed that the business partner of Idaho, Northwest Accreditation Commission, was infringing upon the NAAS label, Tom Luna did nothing. In fact, Tom Luna encouraged the trademark infringement, consumer fraud, and criminal conduct committed  by Northwest Accreditation Commission. Tom Luna is also suspected of being a mole for the Soviet Union.

Tom Luna is a disgrace to the entire U.S.A  education system. He claims to boost the quality of education in Idaho, but he teaches the students and parents that accreditation fraud is 'OK'.

The Accreditation Seal program of the Better Business Bureau is under suspicion for violating consumer deceptive laws. Critics contend that the suspicious BBB program tacitly approves of illegitimate businesses and deceptive acts that harm U.S. consumers. Also, an NAAS DEIA invesitgation has yielded evidence how BBB chapters avoid media scrutiny of BBB wealth, and pay-as-you-go- accreditation.  http://www.naas.org
