To be included in our top 50 Virgin Islands College Scholarships the eligibility requirements for the Virgin Islands College Scholarship MUST allow a non-resident of Virgin Islands to attend the Virgin Islands college or university just as if the scholarship applicant were a Virgin Islands resident. We know that Virgin Islands college scholarships are very competitive, and so we have listed the top 50 Virgin Islands College Scholarships that moms, mothers, students, and minority students can apply to as well. The more eligible persons, the greater the competition.
