Unclaimed New Jersey Scholarships (NJ Scholarships)

New Jersey is a state in the Northeastern and Middle Atlantic regions of the United States. It is bordered on the north and east by the U.S. state of New York, on the southeast and south by the Atlantic Ocean, on the west by Pennsylvania, and on the southwest by Delaware. New Jersey is the 4th least extensive, but the 11th most populous and the most densely populated of the 50 United States. New Jersey lies mostly within the sprawling metropolitan areas of New York City and Philadelphia. It is also the third wealthiest U.S. state by 2011 median household income.

  1. New Jersey Scholarship Applicant must be a high-school senior and attend one of the high-schools located in the state of New Jersey;
  2. New Jersey Scholarship Applicant must have a G.P.A. of at least 2.0 at the time of completing the New Jersey scholarship application;
  3. New Jersey Scholarship Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, and New Jersey resident at the time of completing the New Jersey scholarship application;
  4. New Jersey Scholarship Applicant must register his/her name and email address, and scholarship preference with National Academy of American Scholars;
  5. New Jersey Scholarship Applicant must write an essay in 500 words or less why he/she believes that as an New Jersey resident, how winning the New Jersey scholarship will benefit the state of New Jersey.
