Anti- Bully Scholarships

Approved Scholarships and Grants, and Educational Courses

Yet, many parents and institutions do very little to combat the scourge of bullying. When a middle-school does gather the courage to report an act of bullying, his/her teacher may even attempt to discourage the reporting of the incident because of local school politics, favoritism, or just plain ineptness. The purpose of the National Anti-Bullying Fund campaign is to bring attention to the scope of the problem, as well as invest in preventive resources and public outreach efforts. Funds raised help to provide scholarships, grants, and financial-aid to identified bully victims, as well as for the resources mentioned above. In particular, when online bullying happens, we use our online resources and social media skills to send a message to the bully: Stop! Stop! This person is a member of the NAAS National Anti-Bullying Fund.

We encourage corporations, parents, students, and others affected either directly, or indirectly, to make at least a $5.00 pledge. Your pledge of $5.00 will be used to benefit local school districts and regional/local anti-bullying projects, and provide scholarships, grants, and financial-aid to bully victims. National Academy of American Scholars has sponsored merit-based awards for since 1988, and has the experience and expertise to manage and administer a national anti-bully campaign.
