Mission of the Student Victim Fund

Unfortunately, there is no legal requirement for schools or courts to help the students that were victimized. Oftentimes, students who were traumatized or victimized must hire expensive attorneys or either just settle for being a victim.

The mission of this fund is to raise funds for victims, raise awareness of this crisis, and reward students, and parents, and others, who help expose teacher predators. Students and parents should be empowered to Take Back the Classroom!

If the proposed legislation to the U.S. Congress takes affect, private companies will be pressured to match the federally-mandated wage. What is not being asked, is the affect of the proposed state minimum wage, and the actual federal minimum wage on Nevada state scholarships and grants in the state of Nevada. When you raise the minimum wage without also raising your industrial output, then wage inflation will occur. National Academy of American Scholars economists predict that Financial-aid planners and wealthy philanthropists will take the advice of their accountants, and cut back on donations. This reduction in donations will adversely affect Nevada State Scholarships, grants, and financial-aid.
