This brief NAAS Media Report contains a subject matter of general and public interest, and should be read only by persons interested in the subject and contents therein.

Introduction and Summary Background of Report
This special NAAS Media Report covers an investigation of OREGONNAAS.ORG. This organization is the official State of Oregon affiliate to Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. In December of 2009, OREGONNAAS.ORG was forcefully stripped of NAAS logos and trademarks that it had been using to solicit students and parents as part of a bogus NAAS accreditation scheme endorsed and promoted by the Oregon Dept. of Education.

Oregonnaas.org

OREGONNAAS.ORG is the official state affiliate of Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, Inc.

OREGONNAAS.ORG was forcefully stripped of its phony NAAS trademarks
OREGONNAAS.ORG is endorsed by the Oregon Dept. of Education. OREGONNAAS.ORG was forcefully stripped of NAAS trademarks that were being used to solicit business under the NAAS label. Although the organization had been forwarned in the past and was given past notices of unauthorized use by NAAS DEIA Agents, it continued to violate federal laws. OREGONNAAS.ORG has acted like a typical school, organization, and entity that claims accreditation by and affiliation with Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. Disrespect of federal laws is routine.
Instead of immediately complying with the law, and respecting a registered trademark, the company ignored both public and private notices to comply with federal U.S. Copyright/Trademark laws.
NAAS DEIA Agents eventually forced the company to submit to federal laws. For the most current edition of this NAAS accredited and approved media report, you must be an NAAS Subscriber.
