Regardless of the creative juggling act of words, adverbs, adjectives, and other creative uses of the English language, or the deceitful arrangement of names and words by several of the persons listed in the table below, the fact remains that none of organizations below have been approved, endorsed, or licensed by National Academy of American Scholars (NAAS) to use the NAAS trademark that we made famous and popular.

It is important that the general public recognize the fact that unauthorized uses of the NAAS label, and other intellectual property associated with National Academy of American Scholars is not sanctioned and is not approved by National Academy of American Scholars. The table below represents a roster of companies that are illegitimately and/or inappropriately using the NAAS logo without legal authorization.
